The REXON RNVS Series is designed to create a super high-vacuum environment essential for transformer drying, oil filling, and degassing processes. Utilizing a dual-stage vacuum system, which combines a rotary vane vacuum pump with a Roots booster pump, the RNVS unit achieves rapid evacuation and ultra-deep vacuum levels of up to ≤0.5 Pa. This ensures complete removal of air and moisture inside transformer tanks, significantly improving insulation strength and operational reliability.

The system is equipped with an intelligent PLC control system and a color touch-screen display (7” or 10”) for precise operation and real-time monitoring. An optional synchronous dual-pump start function increases efficiency by over 40%, while optional Pirani vacuum gauges and sealed housings (iron or aluminum alloy) meet various industrial and environmental requirements.
